Each SwiftPremier HP (High Performance) and SwiftPremier Riflescope and Pistol Scope is backed by the Swift Lifetime Warranty. Offering superior service support and insuring your product is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

if a defect arises and a valid claim is received, at its option, Swift will either:

  1. Repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  2. Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

Swift products purchased outside North America are not included in this warranty, but are covered under separate warranties issued by Swift Optics International, BV. Please call your local International Distributor for details. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Swift reserves the right to change product specifications or to discontinue products without prior notice.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product:

  1. which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by Swift,
  2. which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handing instructions provided by Swift,
  3. which has been altered or damaged by accident,
  4. which has been subjected to unusual physical stress, misuse, abuse, or negligence or
  5. which has been used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling instructions.

Items Not Covered include, but are not limited to:

  • protective/dust caps
  • windage and elevation caps
  • pouches and/or cases
  • product accessories such as sunshades
  • general cleaning and maintenance of the product
